What about the theft protection system that will prevent start if issues with that system? The fact that you can do a getto jump to the starter Bendix solenoid from battery with success indicates there is a issue with start circuits between ignition switch and starter Bendix. Maybe bad cable to starter Bendix unit? Maybe bad ignition switch on column? I have come across bad relays that test OK for continuity but fail with amperage load, maybe your starter relay is bad? I have had my Z starter solenoid test OK and not carry the amps, replaced relay and ok.
